In March, we posted a safeMedicate Satisfaction Survey to the circa 60% of UK universities currently offering healthcare programmes and who are users of the safeMedicate education environment. The survey asked programme administrators to evaluate the safeMedicate administration process and tools.

We received 50 individual and group responses and we would like to thank everyone who participated. The outcomes of the survey allows us to continue to monitor your individual and collective experience of safeMedicate and to inform the design of our education and technical platform to meet the needs of yourself and your organisation.

The results of the survey, along with the planned program improvements associated with your recommendations are published below.

Question 1

83% of participants strongly agreed or agreed that the administrative process of safeMedicate is easy to use.
